By accessing or using the mySpecSheet website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

mySpecSheet is a vehicle management platform currently in development. The website provides an early access waitlist where users can sign up to be notified when the product launches. The service, its features, and launch timeline are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Accounts

You may sign up for the waitlist using your Google account through OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials with those providers. You agree to provide accurate information and not to create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools or scripts to sign up for the waitlist
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the mySpecSheet website are owned by mySpecSheet or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent.

6. No Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service, nor do we guarantee any specific launch date or feature set for the final product.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mySpecSheet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
